Picking Up The Pieces has structured it's home to be run democratically and in a way to support autonomy while creating a family setting. Each house can contain one demographic of the following groups to include (but not limited to) women, men, young adults, or a combination of women and children.

The number of residents in each home is determined by the number and size of each bedroom.

Each home represents a low cost, but remarkably effective way to learn to manage money, gain independence, education, employment, and the tools needed to begin picking up the pieces. For those in drug treatment programs, this platform provides a low cost method of continued support to prevent relapse.
